About Balance Yoga

Our Classes

Our lively lessons include a series of postures that are meant to increase flexibility and strength. 

Every class will have yoga postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama) and final relaxation (savasana) for the integration of the yoga practice to the nervous system. 

Regardless of your level of yoga experience, or lack there of, every student will be welcomed at their level and receive individualized attention that is personalized.
