Angie Ryan embarked on her yoga journey in 2009 following a debilitating injury sustained during her competitive distance running training. Frustrated after consulting with nine doctors without finding relief, Angie, facing the prospect of life in a wheelchair, stumbled upon yoga through a friend's invitation. Initially skeptical, she soon discovered that yoga was not only a transformative practice but also an unexpected and enjoyable challenge.

Over the course of three years, Angie not only regained her physical well-being but also discovered a passion for sharing the profound benefits of yoga with others. Transitioning from a dedicated practitioner to a seasoned instructor, she earned her first of many teaching certifications. Driven by an insatiable desire for knowledge, Angie immersed herself in yoga literature, eventually completing her RYT (200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher) training under the guidance of Michele Wilkerson at Yoga7even.

Angie's commitment to excellence is evident in her Yoga Alliance certifications as an E-RYT 500 and her designation as a YACEP provider (Continuing Education Provider for Yoga Teachers). Specializing in various styles, including slow vinyasa, restorative, chair yoga, yoga at the wall, meditation, and pranayama, Angie extends her expertise to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

With a focus on educating her clients in proper body mechanics, Angie empowers them to alleviate pain through yoga and a deep understanding of body mechanics, enabling them to age gracefully. Her mission is to impart not only her technical knowledge but also her compassion and love for the practice, fostering a supportive and enriching experience for her students.
