Coaching Sessions help our future clients connect with us in the form of a phone consultation. We answer questions, address any concerns and tell you more about our 6 & 12 week programs, as well as share information about private yoga sessions to see if we are a good fit.
The other purpose of our coaching sessions is to help our current clients define and work towards their goals. We coach clients on actions & solutions. We identify specific learning outcomes from each session & support the client in maintaining accountability.
