Mixed level yoga is structured in a way that allows you to customize your yoga experience. You will have the opportunity to choose whether your practice utilizes the prop of a chair or not. A series of options are given for each posture to allow students to find the optimal balance between support and challenge to meet them where they are at the moment. This is a good choice for someone that practices chair or traditional mat yoga just with a bit slower pace. There is no need to get up & down from the floor unless you choose too. You’ll have the opportunity to stay at a level you're comfortable with, challenging yourself when ready. This class will incorporate an exploration of alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation.
