Feet Up Trainer Yoga

During this class we will be using the he FeetUp Trainer in many yoga poses.

We will not only be doing upside down poses with the trainer but many other yoga postures too.

This tool helps you achieve inverted postures in a unique and gentle way. Getting your feet up, putting your heart over your head, has never been safer and more accessible!

The weight of your body does not rest on your head, but is evenly spread on your shoulders.

The Feet Up Trainer has a 2000# capacity!! Allowing all shapes to feel safe & welcome while having fun.

This class is a new and fun way to yoga and is a part of your 12 week mat yoga package!
