Yoga 101

 Yoga 101 is a great way to begin your yoga journey or reawaken a past yoga practice!

Each class will explore yoga in a fun, safe, comfortable, judgment-free environment. Modifications will be demonstrated and encouraged. The format is open, so students are encouraged to ask questions as the class moves through different yoga poses, meditation, and breathing techniques.
