You will be lead through a series of meditation techniques and breathwork specifically to activate, align, and balance each of the seven chakras. 

Breath Awareness: Cultivate mindfulness through focused breathing exercises, allowing you to connect with your inner self. 

Chakra Activation: Explore each chakra through guided visualization, promoting awareness and healing energy flow. 

Deep Relaxation: Tranquil & relaxing, leaving you rejuvenated and centered. 

This class is suitable for all levels, open to anyone eager to explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Bring a bolster and a Blanket for deeper heart opening- 8 bolsters and blankets available to borrow at the studio.
