This workshop is for you! We'll dive into common misalignments that often lead to discomfort and discover practical ways to correct them. 

Poor posture and pain often cause tension we don't even realize we're holding. 

In this class, you'll learn a powerful Pranayama (breathing) technique to relax your nervous system, helping to release that built-up tension and ease your pain. 

Leave with tools to realign your body and feel more balanced.
