Throughout this immersive experience, you will cultivate greater flexibility in your hips, ankles, and pelvic floor through a carefully curated sequence of movements and poses. 

You'll have the opportunity to ease into the squat position at your own pace and comfort level. 

It's important to note that achieving a deep squat is not a prerequisite for reaping the benefits of this workshop. All levels of experience are welcome and will find value in our holistic approach.
